For our new kindergarteners, we have planned for preview weeks where your child will experience a taste of their new classroom. During the preview weeks, check-in your child to their regular Pre-K classroom and they will walk together with their teacher to their new room during the service.

Middle School → High School
There are five elements to our transition plan for upcoming 9th grade students. We’re going to focus on getting you and your teen ready and excited about attending Sunday services in the auditorium and moving to our 7:00pm high school service. Our student ministry team looks forward to partnering with you and your child as we walk through this transition together!

Parent Open House Lunch: This event is for parents of upcoming 9th graders and will take place on Sunday, June 23 at 1:15pm in the Fuge. Lunch will be provided and your kids are welcomed to join!
Upcoming 9th Graders Attend HS Wednesday Night Service On Wednesday, July 10 at 7pm, we’d like to invite our upcoming 9th graders to attend our HS service. This will help give them a preview of what to expect once they make their full transition into high school ministry.
Attend Main Worship Service as a Group: On Sunday, July 21 during our middle school service at 12:00pm, we will be taking our upcoming 9th graders to attend the main service in the auditorium. Drop your students off at the Fuge like a normal Sunday in middle school ministry, and then we will walk your student over to the auditorium as a group.
Attend “Transitioning to High School” Workshop at Unleashed Mission Camp:On Tuesday, July 30 we will be hosting a workshop for our upcoming 9th graders to help them make a great transition into high school life.
Attend Sunday Camp Celebration Service: August 4 in Main Auditorium

Student Ministry Leaders Visiting Kids Ministry: Some of our student ministry small group leaders will be hanging out with our upcoming 6th graders on June 30 during all three services
Upcoming 6th Grader “Field Trip” to Middle School Service: Check-in your child to their regular elementary class and they will walk together to the Fuge to preview a middle school service. This will take place on Sunday, July 14 at the 12:00pm service.
Upcoming 6th Graders & Their Parents Invited to Attend Wednesday Night of Unleashed Mission Camp: We will have a section in our auditorium marked off just for you and your child. You’ll get to experience one of the highlight moments of our student ministry calendar. This will take place on July 31 at 7pm in our main auditorium.
Attend Camp Celebration Sunday: Instead of checking your soon-to-be 6th grader into kids ministry on Sunday, August 4, we would love for them to attend our main service with you. This special service will celebrate all that God did through Unleashed Mission Camp.

High School Graduates → Young Adults
The transition from High School ministry into college or a career is perhaps the most significant transition in a person’s faith journey. The transition process we’ve outlined below will help walk our graduated seniors into this next chapter of their life and into our young adult ministry environment. Our young adult ministry meets on Monday nights at 7PM in the Fuge.

Preview our Young Adult Service: On July 22nd we’d like to invite our recent graduates to attend our young adult service. This will help give them a preview of what to expect once they make their full transition into young adult ministry.
Attend “Transitioning to College or Career” Workshop at Unleashed Mission Camp: On Tuesday, July 30 we will be hosting a workshop for our recent high school graduates to help them make a great transition into their new season of life. This workshop will take place as a part of Unleashed Mission Camp.
Final Wednesday night HS ministry Service: Wednesday, August 6 at 7pm will serve as the last HS ministry night for graduated seniors. We will send you off with our love and connect you to our Monday night young adult ministry environment.
